Dear customers, in our offer you will also find specialist designing services. We not only create programs and patterns for you that are necessary to perform our services, but also we can design for you a whole collection of patterns that will decorate your products. We have a group of experienced and creative computer graphic designers and visual artists who have graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and are able to create unique patterns collections. The designs can be proposed by our employees, in line with current fashion trends or we can create them in accordance with the client's guidelines. What's more, we have extensive experience in decorating, so we can offer advice on various decorating techniques and their combinations.
TYPES OF PROGRAMS
Each of our services requires a specialized program before production, which is then read by our machines. Each decorating technique requires reproducing the pattern you have chosen in the appropriate program, hence the graphics you send cannot be immediately "made" on the machine, our graphic designers have to prepare it first. Below we present the characteristics of each program we use in our company and all the information we need to make design for you, depending on decorating technique you choose:
Embroidery (all techniques i.e. classic embroidery, cording, chenille and sewn-on sequins):
To create an embroidery program, all we need is a visual sent by you in JPG, PDF, PSD or CDR format. Unfortunately, none of these formats is an embroidery format, that's why we use the sent pattern only as a „pad” for the program entirely written by our graphic designer. Each stitch must be placed strictly by the programmer, which is why the dimension of the pattern you ultimately want to achieve is very important. It is not possible to automatically enlarge the design by more than 10%, so if you decide to enlarge it more, it must be rewritten.
Rhineston and sequin motifs (sticky spangles)
To create a rhinestone and sequin pattern that is arranged on special foil sheets (see the rhinestone tab), all we need is a visual in one of the following formats: JPG, PDF, PSD or CDR. As thermo- jets and sequins are small round ornaments in sizes 2-6 mm, please take into account that not every inscription can be legible if it is too small, especially from a distance. When we create a pattern, you get a visualization from us and tips on how to enlarge the pattern so that it turns out to be the most readable.
Laser / Decorative foil
Patterns made by using a laser or cutting plotter (foil patterns) are saved in curves in CDR format. If you have a file prepared in this format, it may turn out that we only need to make a small correction and settings by our graphic designer and the file will be ready for use on the machine.
Sublimation printing
In the case of sublimation, we prefer files saved in PSD in layers, which allows us to adjust the color profiles to our printers. Of course, it is possible to send the file in JPG or PDF format, but any changes and color adjustments will be difficult for us and will require more time.
